Hero visits at the scheduled time
The Hero will aim to attend at your selected date and time - if there are any delays or problems you can easily message/call each other within the app or reschedule as appropriate.
Work is completed and you can rate your hero
When both the Hero and the Customer confirm the work has been completed Help will pay your Hero and you can rate your experience which helps the Hero and our Helpi Community.
